Our clients are our business. We are proud that we recently renewed our Autism Accreditation with the National Autistic Society and we are committed to learning about how we can improve as a caring organisation.

We learn from our service users, from their families and take feedback from them and from professionals. We are keen to grow and develop our trusted and caring staff base without compromising on rigorous safety and safeguarding procedures.

This culture of continuous improvement and celebration of diversity and inclusion characterises our staff ethos and how we want to work. We call this C.A.N.I. - Constant And Never-ending Improvement !

READ MORE This is reinforced by our Equal Opportunities Policy that not only talks about how we treat each other in a non-discriminatory way, but in how we, as a caring organisation, support our service users to develop cultural skills and practices. Discussions about race and ethinicity are encouraged, in an open way and culturally specific needs are respected. We have an Employee Handbook which provides ongoing support and learning. We have HR in place to reinforce our policy and protocols. Findings and lessons learnt are articulated in the Operational Report for Management, completed monthly, and this is audited externally.
